Rush Limbaugh yesterday said that if the Congress passes health care legislation, he's leaving.

I’ll just tell you this, if this passes and it’s five years from now and all that stuff gets implemented — I am leaving the country. I’ll go to Costa Rica.

He may actually want to go elsewhere. Costa Rica has a fairly well-developed system of government-financed health care, though it reportedly has just begun allowing private insurance.

UPDATE: Karen Tumulty noticed first.
